Example of Fused Glass

Fused Glass

There are many forms of glass art. Fusing is one of them and dates back to ancient times. The Egyptians are thought to have developed the technique around 2000 BC.

Example of Crochet

Little is known of crochet early history.
It seems likely that the earliest crochet was made using fingers, rather than the hook used today.

Example of Macrame

The word Macrame is derived from the Arabic miqramah believed to mean “striped towel”, “ornamental fringe” or “embroidered veil”.
